摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理对下肢骨折患者术后深静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)形成的影响。方法选取2016年6月2016年12月本院收治的下肢骨折患者117例作为对照组,选取2017年1月2017年6月本院收治的下肢骨折患者120例作为观察组,对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组采用护理风险管理模式。对比两组患者的DVT风险分级,DVT、继发性肺栓塞发生率、术后1周下肢皮温、下肢周径增长率、住院时间以及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察患者DVT风险分级与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者DVT发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组继发性肺栓塞发生率与对照组相比(P>0.05);观察组患者术后1周下肢皮温、周径增长率低于对照组,观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在下肢骨折术后患者中应用护理风险管理模式,降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率,缩短患者住院时间,同时可提高患者生活质量,优化护患关系,保证护理工作顺利开展。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing risk management on postoperative deep vein ＂thrombosis （DVT） in patients with lower limb fracture. Methods A total of 117 patients from June 2016 ＂to December 201G were selected as the control group, and 120 patients from Janu ary 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group. The control group accepted regular nursing, the observation group accepted nursing risk management model. The risk ranking of DVT, the incidence of DVT and secondary pulmonary embolism, the skin temperature, cross section diameter of limb after one week of operation, length of hospital stay and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The differences of the risk ranking of DVT, the incidence of secondary pulmonary embolism between the two groups were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The incidence of DVT, the skin temperature, cross-section diameter of limb after one week of operation, length of hospital stay and the satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing risk management model in patients after lower limb fracture sur gery can reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve the quality of life of patients, optimize the relationship between patients and patients, and ensure the smooth development of nursing work.
