摘要
目的探究下肢骨折术后膝关节功能障碍患者采用康复护理的临床效果.方法将2018年6月—2019年12月在济南医院接受治疗的80例下肢骨折术后膝关节功能障碍患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组40例,观察组给予康复护理,对照组给予常规护理,将两组患者护理效果、心理状态、疼痛度和护理满意度、生活质量进行记录和对比.结果观察组护理有效率高于对照组,SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组低,满意度显著高于对照组,各项生活质量评分高于对照组.以上比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论下肢骨折术后膝关节功能障碍患者采用康复护理,能够显著提升临床效果,改善患者心理状态,缓解疼痛,并提高护理满意度及生活质量.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing for patients with knee dysfunction after lower limb fracture.Methods The data of 80 patients with knee dysfunction after lower limb fracture surgery in Jinan Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The observation group was given rehabilitation nursing and the control group was given routine nursing.The nursing effect,mental state,pain,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups of patients were recorded and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of nursing care in the observation group was higher,the scores of SDS and SAS were lower,the satisfaction rate was significantly higher,and the various quality of life scores were higher.The above comparisons showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for patients with knee joint dysfunction after lower limb fracture can significantly improve clinical effect,improve patients'psychological state,relieve pain,and improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
