摘要
目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-c)与高血压患者中医证型关系。方法:将2017年3月—2017年10月间在安徽中医药大学第一附属医院老年心内科病房高血压患者203例纳入研究,分析中医证型,检测并比较各证型患者总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY),非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结果:203例患者中以阴虚阳亢HCY和non-HDL-C水平最高,与其他组比较有统计学意义(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。结论:高血压患者中辨证为阴虚阳亢证、痰湿壅盛证的患者心脑意外事件发生率较高,提示高血压患者中医临床治疗过程中需注重平肝潜阳、健脾化湿之法,尤其要注意阴津亏损,阳气失去制约为发病基础的人群,存在较高的血栓性事件风险。
Objective ： To investigate the relationship of homocysteine（HCY） and non -high -density lipoprotein choles-terol（ N - HDL - C） with TCM syndrome in patients with hypertension. Methods ： 203 hypertentsion cases were includedin the study. TCM syndrome was analyzed ; TC, HDL - C, LDL - C, HCY, and N - HDL - C were detected and corn-pared in hypertension patients with different TCM syndromes. Results ： The levels of HCY and N - HDL - C were highestin the syndome of Yin Deficiency with Yang hyperactivity among 203 cases. Conclusion ： Cardiovascular and cerebrovas-cular accidents were mostly happened in the hypertension patients with the syndrome of Yin deficiency and Yang hyper-activity, or with the syndrome of congested dampness - phlegm ; therefore the therapies of pacifying the Liver to subdueYang, as well as reinforcing the Spleen to resolve dampness should be paid attention to; patients should especially be paidmore attention to are those with loss of Yin fluids and Yang failing to be controlled, who are mostly prone to thrombosis.
