负压封闭引流技术负压值对烧伤创面治疗的效果观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)负压值对烧伤创面治疗效果的影响。方法选择78例烧伤患者随机分为观察组(52例)和对照组(26例),观察组分为观察1组、观察2组,分别26例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予VSD治疗,负压分别为-150 mmHg、-300 mmHg。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.15%,对照组为80.77%(P<0.05)。观察组各组创面愈合时间、疼痛评分、创面瘢痕指数低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察1组疼痛评分低于观察2组(P <0.05)。结论 VSD治疗烧伤创面效果显著,低负压值可减轻患者疼痛。 Objective To investigate the efect of Negative Pressure of VSD in the treatment of burn wounds. Methods 78 burn patients were randomly divided into observation group 1, observation group 2, and control group , 26 cases respectively. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group was given VSD with -150 mmHg, -300 mmHg respectively. Results Efective rate of observation group was 96.15%, and 80.77% in control group (P 〈 0.05). The wound healing time, the pain score and wound scar index were shorter than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Pain scores in the 1 groups was lower than observation 2 groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion VSD is effective in treating burn wounds, and low negative pressure can relieve pain.
