摘要
给予2021年4月新疆生产建设兵团第四师医院收治的1例全身多处烧伤合并吸入性损伤患者在气管切开、敏感抗生素抗感染、纠正电解质紊乱等对症支持治疗的基础上,局部创面采用烧伤再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)治疗。治疗35 d后,大部分创面愈合,患者出院。出院后继续使用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗25 d,创面完全愈合,愈后皮肤外观及功能恢复良好。
One patient with burns of multiple sites over the whole body and inhalation injury,admitted to the Fourth Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in April 2021,was treated with the regenerative medical technology for burns(MEBT/MEBO)for local wounds,in addition to the symptomatic and supportive interventions including tracheotomy,infection control with sensitive antibiotics,and correction of electrolyte disturbance,etc.After 35 days of treatment,majority of the wounds were healed and the patient was discharged from the hospital.After performing dressing change with MEBO at home for 25 days,the wounds were all completely healed and the healed skin presented good appearance and functions.
