摘要
通过对原料不同钢种的轧制工艺变化、原料工序的不同、以及不同钢种化学成分不同等因素的分析,在生产中探索生产组织和生产工艺控制的最优结合模式。通过一系列的优化措施,提高了产线的产能,稳定产品的实物质量。
The optimal combination mode of production organization and production process control is explored through the analysis of the change of rolling process of different kinds of steel,the different process of raw materials and the different components of steel strip. Through a series of optimization measures,the production capacity of the production line is improved and the physical quality of products is stabilized.
