分析了带钢酸洗线上酸雾产生的原因,对酸洗槽出口的吸风装置的位置进行优化设计,实际应用后有效控制酸雾的挥发,降低酸耗,节约蒸汽能源,取得良好的综合效益。
The paper analyzes why a strip pickling line generates acid mist and optimizes the position of the suction device at the outlet of the pickling tank. The optimized pickling line can control acid mist volatilization and reduce acid and steam consumption effectively during actual operation, and bring good comprehensive benefits.
