摘要
通过对2号常化酸洗线活套支撑小车弹簧式力矩卷筒进行了改进,提高了弹簧式力矩卷筒本体的强度及钢丝绳的破断拉力强度,延长了弹簧式力矩卷筒的使用寿命,降低了力矩卷筒失效频率,提高了设备的有效开动率,为设备点检和维护创造了良好的条件,满足了正常生产的管理要求,确保了生产的正常运行。
Through the modification of the spring torque roller used by the looping support car of No.2 normalizing acid pickling line, the strength of the spring torque roller and the breaking force of the wirerope have been improved,and the service life of the spring torque roller has been extending. Besides, the modification also reduces the failure frequency of the torque roller and improves equipment operation rate. It creates favorable conditions for equipment daily checklist and maintenance, meets the requirements of normal production management, and ensures the normal operation of production.
