摘要
冷轧带钢是技术和资金密集型产品,酸洗是冷轧带钢生产的重要工序。在对比深槽酸洗、浅槽酸洗和浅槽紊流酸洗三种酸洗工艺优缺点的基础上,结合紊流酸洗的原理、工艺特点和结构特点,介绍了浅槽紊流式酸洗技术在河钢乐亭的应用,通过分析证明:浅槽紊流式酸洗具有多项技术优势,对提高酸洗板表面质量、扩展品种及规格范围具有重要作用。
Cold rolled strip is a technology and capital intensive product,pickling is an important process in cold rolled strip production.In contrast to readjust the pickling,pickling shallow groove and shallow slot turbulent pickling,on the basis of three kinds of pickling technology advantages and disadvantages,combining with the characteristics of turbulence,the principle of the pickling process and structural features.This paper introduces the shallow slot turbulent pickling application technology.Through the analysis,it is proved that shallow slot turbulent pickling has many technical advantages to improve the surface quality,expand the scope of varieties and specifications.
