摘要
本文通过介绍一起典型热力管道变形事故的情况,通过现场勘查及资料分析,找出了事故的主要原因为压力管道巡检维护工作不到位而造成的水击,并给出了同类事故的预防措施及建议。
A thermal pipe deformation failure accident was introduced in this paper. The main reason of the accident was water hammer caused by inadequate inspection and maintenance of pressure piping. And some preventive measures and suggestions for similar accidents were given in this paper.
