埋藏光面管单波失稳机理及临界外压影响因素研究

摘要 针对目前水电站埋藏光面管抗外压稳定分析中存在的问题,以基于单波失稳机理的Jacobsen法的基本假定和控制微分方程为基础,确定了临界外压Pcr求解的计算假定和迭代求解方法,揭示了Pcr的2个机理性影响因素为稳区管道变形后的径厚比ρ/t和失稳区半圆心角β,并给出了Pcr与ρ/t、β之间的定量关系式。结果表明,Pcr总体随ρ/t、β的增大而减小,且减小趋势不断趋缓;管道几何参数r/t、力学参数σs和环境参数Δ/r与ρ/t、β间存在明确的相关规律;利用工程技术措施减小ρ/t、β是提高埋管Pcr的有效方法。 In order to improve the problems existing in present buckling analysis,the Jacobsen method was taken as an example to investigate the fundamental assumptions of single-wave buckling mechanism and the governing differential equations for plain tunnel linings.The calculation assumptions were discovered and an iterative solution method of critical external pressure Pcr was given.The two parameters,radius-thickness ratio after yielding in the failure areaρ/t and half central angle of failure areaβ,were proved to be the main influential factors of Pcr.The function of Pcrwith the two parameters was given.It can be concluded that Pcrdecreases with the increase ofρ/t andβalthough the trends slow down with the increase ofρ/t andβ.There exist significant correlations betweenρ/t,βand geometrical parameter r/t,mechanical parameterσs,environmental parameterΔ/r.The engineering measures to decreaseρ/t andβare effective ways to increase Pcrof tunnel linings.
