摘要
采用半解析有限元法,并考虑初始缝隙和加劲环等因素的影响,研究了埋藏式压力钢管抗外压稳定计算问题.在讨论过程中,利用了阿姆斯图兹(Amstutz)公式推导时的部分假设和结果,建立了圆柱壳单元的弹性刚度矩阵和几何刚度矩阵.计算结果表明,用此方法解决埋藏式压力钢管抗外压稳定计算问题,具有很好的收敛性,且同经典的理论解比较吻合.
In actual engineering, local buckling failure often occurs in penstocks in water power stations. In this paper, the problem of calculating embedded penstock's stability under external pressure is researched with semi- analytical finite element method, considering the influence from initial interstice and stiffener rings. Some hypotheses and results in deducing Amstutz Formula are used here and the cylinder shell element's elastic stiffness matrix and geometrical stiffness matrix are deduced. The calculation result indicates that calculating embedded penstock's stability under external pressure with this method leads to a quite good. convergence and the results comparatively tally with classical theoretical solution.
