摘要
目的研究自制中药金黄膏外敷治疗骨折后肿胀的疗效。方法收集本科2015年9月~2017年9月收治的90例骨折后肿胀患者,以入院顺序奇偶性分为试验组与对照组,各45例。对照组采纳常规西医治疗,试验组以对照组为基础,采纳自制中药金黄膏外敷治疗。比较治疗效果、肿胀评分、肿胀消退时间、不良反应。结果与对照组治疗效果比较,试验组疗效较好,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组肿胀消退时间比较,试验组用时较短,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组肿胀评分以及不良反应发生率比较,试验组较低,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制中药金黄膏外敷可有效缓解骨折患者的肿胀程度,且不良反应较少,安全性更高,值得广大患者信赖并予以推广。
Objective To study the curative effect of external application of self-made Chinese herbal golden cream on the treatment of postfractureswelling. Methods Ninety patients with post-fracture swelling who were admitted to our department from September 2015 to September2017 were collected and divided into experimental group and control group,with 45 in each group. The control group was treated with conventionalwestern medicine, and the experimental group was based on the control group and was treated with self-made herbal golden cream. Comparison oftreatment effects, swelling scores, swelling regression time, adverse reactions. Results Compared with the control group, the efficacy of the experimentalgroup was better, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, theswelling time of the test group was shorter and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Compared with the controlgroup, the swelling score and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower in the experimental group. The difference between the two groupswas statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The external application of self-made Chinese herbal golden cream can effectively relieve the degreeof swelling in fracture patients, with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety. The majority of patients can be trusted and promoted.
