摘要
目的:探讨利湿消肿汤治疗下肢闭合性骨折术后肿胀的临床疗效。方法:下肢闭合性骨折术后肿胀的100位患者随机分两组各50例,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用利湿消肿汤加减治疗,对照组采用七叶皂苷钠治疗。一周后对其肿胀程度的缓解进行比较。结果:治疗组患者的治疗效果与对照组相比明显较优,治疗组患者术后疼痛评分、术后肢体肿胀程度、临床疗效与对照组相比明显较低,P<0.05。结论:下肢闭合性骨折术后肿胀患者口服利湿消肿汤对肿胀消退起明显的促进作用,值得应用推广。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Lishi Xiaozhong decoction in the treatment of postoperative swelling of closed fracture of lower limb.Methods: 100 patients with swelling after closed fractures of the lower extremities were randomly divided into 50 groups.The treatment group was treated with Lishi Xiaozhong decoction on the basis of the control group.The control group was treated with sodium aescinate.The relief of the degree of swelling was compared after one week.Results: The therapeutic effect of the patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Postoperative pain scores and postoperative limb swelling in the treatment group.The clinical efficacy was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Oral Lishi Xiaozhong decoction can significantly promote postoperative swelling of closed fracture of lower limb.It is worthy of application.
