摘要
目的探讨全髋关节置换术(THA)患者术后采用温针灸联合热奄包热敷治疗的效果.方法选取2019年1月—2021年10月我院收治的98例THA患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例.对照组采用热奄包治疗,观察组在此基础上采用温针灸治疗.比较两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、肢体肿胀程度、髋关节功能、日常生活能力及并发症发生情况.结果观察组术后第4、7、14天的VAS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后第7、14天的肿胀程度均轻于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后2周的Harris评分、日常生活能力量表评分分别为(44.33±8.43)分、(50.42±5.11)分,均高于对照组的(39.25±7.05)分、(45.36±4.05)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论THA患者术后采用温针灸联合热奄包热敷治疗,可减轻肿痛,恢复关节功能,提高日常生活能力,且并发症较少.
Objective To investigate the effect of warm acupuncture combined with hot compress for patients of total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 98 patients with THA admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hot compress,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture on this basis.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,limb swelling,hip function,daily living ability and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the observation group at 4,7 and 14 days after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The swelling degree of the observation group at 4 and 14 days after surgery were less than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).2 weeks after surgery,the Harris hip score and daily living ability scale score of the observation group were(44.33±8.43)points and(50.42±5.11)points,respectively,which were higher than(39.25±7.05)points and(45.36±4.05)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of warm acupuncture and hot compress can reduce swelling and pain,restore joint function,improve daily living ability and reduce complications in THA patients.
