摘要
汽车在试车场路面进行疲劳耐久性试验时,悬架系统对不同测试车速的敏感度和响应不同,载荷随车速的变化呈现出一定的变化趋势。为研究载荷随车速的变化规律,对试车场条件下不同测点不同车速载荷谱进行分析。文中以某款车型的后悬架为参考,在ADAMS软件中建立该悬架模型,基于试车场实际道路载荷谱对悬架模型进行仿真分析,同时利用n Code软件对载荷谱在时域范围内进行统计分析。试验结果表明,试验车在比利时路测试时的最佳车速为35 km·h^(-1)。掌握该变化规律对试车场制定整车悬架系统的测试规范具有重要意义,可有效提高试验场实车测试的效率。
The sensitivity and response of the suspension system to ditterent test speeds were ditterent when thevehicle was conducting fatigue durability test on proving ground. In order to study the variation of load with the vehi-cle speed, the ditterent speed load spectra of ditterent measuring points under the condition of test yard were ana-lyzed. In this paper, a rear suspension model of the car was established in the ADAMS software. Based on the actualroad load spectrum of the test vehicle, the suspension model was simulated and analyzed. Meanwhile, nCode softwarewas used to analyze the load spectrum in the time domain. The test results showed that the best speed of the test carwas 35 km·h-1 in Belgium road. Mastering the rule might have great significance on setting test norms of vehiclesuspension system and improving test efficiency.
