宽时域范围变压器油冲击绝缘强度经验公式 被引量:1

摘要 变压器油的冲击绝缘强度依赖于脉冲作用时间。为获得适用范围更广的变压器油冲击绝缘强度经验公式,实验研究了不同宽度冲击电压作用下变压器油的50%击穿场强,并给出了电场有效作用时间的统计学定义。分析实验结果,给出一新经验公式:lg Ebr=aexp(–blgteff)+c,其中a=0.223 9,b=0.544 3,c=–0.055 84,Ebr和teff的单位分别为MV/cm和μs。与Martin经验公式相比,所提经验公式的时域适用范围更广(几十ns~几ms)。放电过程的变化导致Martin经验公式的适用范围较小。此外,利用前人的实验数据发现该经验公式可适用于多种液体不同条件下冲击绝缘强度的估算。 The impulse breakdown strength of insulation liquids is time-dependent. To derive an empirical formula in a wider time regime, we obtained the 50% breakdown field strength of transformer oil under impulses with different pulse duration, and defined the effective time of the electric field by a statistical method. By analyzing the experimental results, we gave a new empirical formula: lg Ebr=aexp(–blgteff)+c, where a=0.223 9, b=0.544 3, c= –0.055 84, Ebr and teff are in MV/cm and μs, respectively. Compared with the Martin empirical formula, the formula derived in this paper can reflect the changing tendencies of the experimental data more properly. The change of breakdown processes limits the application range of Martin empirical formula. Besides, the formula can be used to estimate the electric strength under different experimental conditions, and that can be validated using previous experimental results of some researchers.
