一种独立悬架横向连接结构失效分析与改进 被引量:1

摘要 某型8×8底盘独立悬架横向连接方案中,采用加强梁连接左右侧横臂支架,该结构在试车场复杂路面试验时,焊缝出现裂纹、安装螺栓断裂。针对失效具体形式,将包含加强梁在内的独立悬架连接方案进行了系统级方案分析研究,确定故障发生的根本原因,并完成横向连接结构方案的改进。通过仿真、测试验证了改进方案的可行性及有效性。 one support frame was designed for the independent suspension of 8 × 8 off road chassis,on purpose of that connect two suspension brackets. The frame was damaged after vehicle enhance road test with the weld seam cracked and the bolt cut off. According to the failure performance,the model about independent suspension included support frame was built for failure analysis,and the failure was caused by uncoordinated deformation of different parts; the support frame is improved and verified by simulation and test.
