摘要
采用冷酸腐蚀低倍检验钢种的酸蚀敏感性,分析研究了3种钢种的冷腐蚀剂配比,为实际批量冷酸检验提供理论依据。结果表明:结构钢锻轧材的酸蚀敏感性一般,选用30%硝酸水溶液+5%硫酸水溶液,体积比为30∶1;连铸坯的酸蚀敏感性较强,直接选用40%硝酸水溶液为试验浓度基准;辗钢车轮轧制变形量较大,组织致密,对酸蚀敏感性较低,冷酸腐蚀温度为常温,基准溶液配比为盐酸50mL+硝酸25mL+水50mL+酒精25mL+H2O2。
The corrosion sensitivity of common steel with low times test was carried out by cold acid corrosion, the ratio of cold corrosion agent for 3 kinds of steel was analyzed ,and theoretical basis for the actual batch cold acid test was provided. The results showed that, the acid corrosion sensitivity of structural steel forging and rolling was gen- eral, 30% nitric acid solution and 5% sulphuric acid solution were selected,and the volume ratio was 30;1;the acid corrosion sensitivity of continuous casting billet was strong, 40% nitric acid solution was selected directly as the test concentration reference ; the rolling deformation of rolled steel wheels was significant, its microstructure was compact, and it wasn't sensitive to acid corrosion, and the temperature of cold acid corrosion was normal. Normally,the ratio of the reference solution was 50mL hydrochloric acid +25mL nitric acid -F50mL water +25mL alcohol +H2O2.
