摘要
从机械结构、液压系统、电气系统及自动控制系统等方面介绍了太原重工轨道交通设备有限公司第二条辗钢车轮生产线所使用的辗钢车轮锻造液压机,该液压机的机械结构为拉杆预紧框架结构,传动方式采用电液伺服及二通插装阀控制的油压系统,控制系统采用西门子PLC、触摸屏、工控机等设备,实现了压机的参数化、自动化、信息化控制。
This paper introduces the hydraulic forging press used in the second rolled solid wheel production line of Taiyuan Heavy Industry Railway Transit Equipment Co.,Ltd from mechanical structure,hydraulic system,electrical system and automatic control system.The mechanical structure of the hydraulic press is pretightening frame construction,the transmission mode adopts oil hydraulic system controlled by electro-hydraulic servo and two-way cartridge valve,and the control system uses Siemens PLC,touch screen,industrial personal computer and other equipment.It realizes the parameterization,automation and information control of hydraulic press machine.
