摘要 针对目前92YG-0.9型打捆机作业时出现的捡拾器堵草、漏草等问题,从捡拾器的结构参数及与前压缩室的配合关系入手,对打捆机作业时出现的堵草等问题进行了研究。由于增加捡拾器的弹齿数量,捡拾器的工作宽幅增至2 170mm,为保证两侧加长部分的作物秸秆能够及时进入压缩室,捡拾器两侧设计安装了搅龙,搅龙长度为600mm,并重新设计了捡拾器的传动方式,通过在捡拾器后侧增加挂接轴及更换链轮的方式,增加了喂入器的效率。田间试验表明:机器性能稳定,作业顺畅,没有出现捡拾器堵草问题,喂入量1.0~1.2kg/s,平均成捆时间为131s,成捆率为100%,秸秆总失率为1%~2.5%,捡拾损失率为0.5%~1%,成捆损失率为0.5%~1.5%,大幅度减少了秸秆的损失率,提高了捡拾效率,为进一步优化打捆机收获水平提供了参考。 Aiming at the problems such as blocking and leakage of grass as well as other issues when the 92YG-0.9 type bundling machine is working, Starting from the relationship of the structural parameters of pickup and the cooperation with front compression chamber, Researched problems about blocking of grass when the machine is in operation. By in- creasing the number of spring tooth, the width of pickup increased to 2170 mm, in order to ensure that both sides of the crop straw which lengthened part can be pressed into the compression chamber timely, designed and installed augers on both sides of the pickup, the length of the auger is 600mm, and redesigned the transmission mode of pickup, by increas- ing the connecting shaft and changing the sprocket wheel in the back of pickup, increased the efficiency of the feeding device, the field experiments show that the performance of the machine is stable, work smoothly, no blocking of grass problem, feeding amount is 1.0 - 1. 1 kg/s, the average time of bundle is 131 s, the rate of bundle is 100 % , the total loss rate of straw is 1% - 2 . 5 % , the loss rate of Pick up is 0. 5 % - 1 % , the loss rate of bundle is 0. 5 % - 1.5%, reduced the loss rate of straw substantially, improved the efficiency of picking up, provides the reference for further opti- mize bale harvesting machine.
