基于逆向工程的苜蓿切割压扁机刀盘建模

摘要 为了缩短苜蓿切割压扁机刀盘的再设计周期,降低再设计难度,针对苜蓿切割压扁机刀盘复杂形貌的建模问题,提出了一种基于VXelements三维处理和CATIA三维建模的逆向建模方法。介绍了苜蓿切割压扁机刀盘的逆向建模过程和主要操作流程,通过比较放样和面片拟合生成刀片曲面的差异和优劣,确定了一种最优的刀片曲面作为刀片三维模型重构的基础。采用CATIA软件对刀盘数模整体进行精度分析,结果表明重构后刀盘模型和刀盘点云数据之间的偏差在允许范围之内,验证了所提出的苜蓿切割压扁机刀盘逆向建模方法的可行性和准确性,为同类曲面结构的三维精准逆向建模提供了借鉴。 In order to shorten the re-design cycle of the cutting flattener knife plate and reduce the difficulty of re-design,a reverse modeling method based on VXelements 3D processing and CATIA 3D modeling is proposed in view of the modeling problem of the complex shape of the cutting flattener knife plate.This paper introduces the reverse modeling process and main operation process of the cutting flattener blade disc,and determines the basis of the reconstruction of the three-dimensional model of the blade by comparing the differences and advantages and disadvantages of the blade surface generated by comparing lofting and patch fitting.Using CATIA software to analyze the accuracy of the whole pattern of the knife plate,the results show that the deviation between the refactored knife disk model and the tool counting cloud data is within the permissible range,and the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed reverse modeling method of the cut flattener knife disc are verified,which provides reference for the three-dimensional precision reverse modeling of similar surface structures.
