摘要
比赛游泳池一般水深3~5m,对普通游泳爱好者来说太深,需进行改造后才能对外开放,故可升降游泳池便成为一个很好的选择。首先,通过滚珠丝杆的传动方式带动游泳池底面升降的方式,提出基于剪叉式升降原理的游泳池结构;其次,对该升降结构进行了运动分析;最后,应用MATLAB软件对升降机构的运动学进行了仿真研究;仿真的结果表明所提出的升降机构的可行性以及稳定性,满足对可升降游泳池的设计要求。
The depth of professional swimming pool is 3~5 meters which too deep for most swimmers.So,need to modify professional swimming pool before open to the public.Therefore,the lifting swimming pool has become a very good choice.Firstly,the design principle of scissor lift mechanism was used to propose a lifting swimming pool.Meanwhile,the transmission of ball screw drives the lifting platform.Then,the kinematics of the lifting mechanism was analyzed.At last,the simulation analysis was carried out to the lifting mechanism using MATLAB software.The simulation results demonstrate that the feasibility and stability of the lifting mechanism can meet the demands of the lifting swimming pool.
