摘要
连铸坯检验一般采用低倍组织检验方法,目前连铸坯低倍组织检验方法有硫印检验、热酸蚀、冷酸蚀、电解腐蚀和枝晶腐蚀等。采用热酸蚀法对连铸坯低倍组织缺陷进行检测分析,确定了宣钢连铸坯缺陷的主要类别和产生原因,通过实施调整设备、改善水质、优化炼钢工序工艺参数等措施,有效降低了各类缺陷级别,提高了连铸坯质量。
The test of continuous casting billet is generally used in low-power organization test method, and the low-and-time organization inspection method of continuous casting billet is a sulphur seal test, hot acid etching, cold acid etching, electrolytic corrosion and dendrite corrosion, etc.. The hot acid etching low times microstructure defects of continuous casting billet were analyzed, identified the main categories of Xuanhua Steel Continuous casting slab defect and causes, through the implementation of the adjustment of equipment, improve water quality, optimize steelmaking process parameters and other measures, effectively reducing the various kinds of defect level, improve the quality of continuous casting billets.
