转炉优质钢顶锻质量与低倍缺陷分析及控制 被引量:6

摘要 针对莱钢转炉生产的优质碳素钢和合金结构钢的主要评价指标顶锻和低倍合格率较低的现状,结合产品检验和生产实践,设计了专门的试验,利用低倍分析、电解试验、能谱分析等手段,对引发产品质量缺陷的主要表现形式顶锻裂纹、低倍裂纹和夹渣等进行了分析。结果表明,影响顶锻和低倍质量的主要因素是连铸坯存在皮下气泡、内部裂纹以及夹渣等,并将这些缺陷传递到后续产品上。为此,从冶炼、连铸、产品抽查与检验等各方面采取了相应工艺改进措施,顶锻合格率和低倍合格率分别提高并稳定在99%和98%。 Considering the lower eligible rate of forging and macrostructure in quality which are main valuation indexes of quality carbon steel and structural alloy steel produced with Converter in Laiwu Steel, combining the examination and test of products and production practices, special tests were designed and the heading crack, low-multiple crack and slag inclusion ctc were analyzed with the method of the macro cheek, electrolytic test and EDAX analysis etc. The results showed that the reason that leaded to the product quality defect were the casting blank defect such as skin blowhole, internal crack and slag inclusion, which imparted the rolled products. Therefore, relevant technology improvement measures in smelting, continuous casting, products check and examining etc were taken, and the eligible rate of forging and macrostructure were respectively improved to 99% and 98% and were stable.
