摘要 为掌握变频调速系统(ASD)的电压暂降免疫度与设备参数设置的关系,研究了ASD的电压暂降免疫度理论计算方法和参数设计方法。首先,建立了ASD电压暂降免疫度与直流欠压保护定值及直流侧电容值两个关键参数的数学表达式,从理论上计算出最严重情况下ASD的电压暂降免疫度;其次,根据数学表达式,给出了基于电压暂降免疫度要求的参数设计方法;然后,搭建了ASD电压暂降免疫度的物理测试平台和仿真模型;最后,对比了理论计算结果与实测结果和仿真结果,验证了所提ASD电压暂降免疫度理论计算方法和参数设计方法的正确性。所提方法能减少实际测试的工作量,提高参数设计效率,为解决电网与用户的兼容问题奠定理论基础。 In order to analyze the relationship between the voltage sag immunity and the parameter configuration of the adjustable speed drive(ASD),this paper studies the theoretical calculation approaches of voltage sag immunity and the parameter design of ASD.There are two key parameters discussed here.One is the threshold of DC under-voltage protection,the other is the capacitance on DC side.Firstly,the relationship between voltage sag immunity and the two key parameters is analyzed and the mathematical expressions are given to calculate the voltage sag immunity of ASD in the most severe case.Secondly,depending on the demand of voltage sag immunity,the mathematical expressions are given to help the parameter design.Thirdly,the testing platform and simulation model for voltage sag immunity of ASD are developed.Finally,by the comparison of calculation,simulation and testing results,the effectiveness of the proposed approaches has been verified.The proposed approaches can reduce the hard work of the operational test and improve the efficiency of the parameter design,which can be considered as the basis of solution for the compatibility between power suppliers and end-users.
