摘要
电压暂降问题给纺织行业的正常生产造成了巨大损失。鉴于此,本文对纺织行业进行电压暂降影响评估与监测分析。首先对纺织行业和电压暂降监测装置及系统进行介绍;接着提出针对纺织用户的基于过程免疫时间的影响评估,该评估方法更加符合实际工程,且为后续电压暂降治理提供基础;最后,利用电压暂降监测装置及系统对福州长乐地区纺织用户进行实时在线监测,根据测得数据进行电压暂降产生原因分析,克服了人工匹配耗时耗力的缺点。
At present,the problem of voltage sag is becoming more and more serious,causing great damage to normal production in the textile industry.This paper evaluates and monitors the impact of voltage sag in textile industry.Firstly,the paper introduces the textile industry and the voltage sag monitoring device and system,and then puts forward the process-based immune time-based impact assessment for textile users,which is more in line with the actual project and provides the basis for the subsequent voltage sag treatment.Finally,using the voltage sag monitoring device and the system to carry on the real-time on-line monitoring to the textile user in Fuzhou Changle area,according to the measured data,carries on the voltage sag generation reason and so on analysis,overcomes the manual matching time-consuming and labor-consuming shortcoming.
