摘要
针对传统冲模课程设计教学存在的问题,提出在前期相关课程支撑下,将有限元模拟技术和计算机三维实体造型技术应用在课程设计中,实现了冲压工艺方案的优化和冲模结构的可视化,提高了课程设计教学质量,培养了学生综合应用知识解决工程问题的能力。
Based on the problems existing in teaching of die course design,it is put forward the application of computer simulation and 3 D solid modeling technology in course design support by concern courses.The method is bring about optimization and visibity of stamp process and die structure,it is raised teaching quality and develop student ability of comprehensive survey knowledge.
