摘要
基于中小学卓越教师培养的要求,在职前教师教育中,由于教育理念的偏差、教育行为的不当、教育环境支持的缺乏,导致师范生实践性知识的缺失。建构师范生的实践性知识,有必要将理论学习与实践活动相结合,提高教育实践的实效性,转变考评方式,重视实践过程的评价;注重培养师范生的学习研究和自我反思能力等。
Based on the requirements for the training of excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools, due to the deviation of educational philosophy,improper educational behavior and lack of educational environment,the lack of practical knowledge of normal school students causes in the pre service teacher education.To construct normal students' practical knowledge,it is necessary to combine theoretical study with practical activities,improve the effectiveness of educational practice,change the way of evaluation,emphasize the evaluation of practice process,and lay stress on training normal students' learning and self-reflection ability.
