氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎的疗效及对患儿血清C反应蛋白的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Oxygen-driven Atomizing Inhalation on Pediatric Pneumonia and Its Effect on Serum C-reactive Protein in Children

摘要 目的探讨小儿肺炎通过氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗的效果及对血清C反应蛋白(C-reactiveprotein,CRP)的影响。方法随机选取该院2015年1月—2017年12月收治的肺炎患儿76例,依据治疗方法差异分作两组,38例予以常规治疗者为对照组,38例予以氧气驱动雾化治疗者为治疗组,回顾性对比分析两组临床疗效及治疗前后CRP水平。结果治疗组总有效率是97.37%,较对照组的78.95%高,(χ~2=6.176,P=0.013,P<0.05);治疗组发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音消失的时间均较对照组短,(t=20.031,14.516,20.097,P=0.032,0.038,0.031,P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组CRP是(5.95±0.36)mg/L,较对照组的(11.86±1.22)mg/L低,(t=28.738,P=0.027,P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎通过氧气驱动雾化吸入效果显著,可缩短患者症状缓解时间,并降低CRP水平,值得选用。 Objective To investigate the effect of oxygen-driven nebulized inhalation on children with pneumonia and its effect on serum C-reactive protein (CRP). Methods 76 patients with pneumonia who were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to treatment differences. 38 patients were treated as routine subjects and 38 patients were treated with oxygen-driven atomization. For the treatment group, retrospective comparative analysis of the two groups of clinical efficacy and CRP levels before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.37%, which was higher than 78.95% in the control group(χ^2=6.176, P=0.013, P〈0.05). The time of fever, cough, and lung rale disappeared in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(t=20.031, 14.516, 20.097, P=0.032, 0.038, 0.031, P〈0.05); After treatment, CRP in the treatment group was (5.95±0.36)mg/L, which was (11.86±1.22)mg/L compared to the control group (t=28.738, P=0.027, P〈0.05). Conclusion Pediatric pneumonia has a significant effect on the inhalation of oxygen-driven nebulization, which can shorten the time for relieving symptoms and reduce the level of CRP. It is worth choosing.
