氧精灵压缩空气式雾化机在肺炎临床治疗中的应用体会

摘要 目的:探讨肺炎患者采用超声雾化吸入法以及氧精灵压缩空气式雾化机进行临床治疗的效果,为肺炎的临床治疗提供依据。方法:选取2019年4月~2020年4月本院收治的108例肺炎患者,分别采用氧精灵压缩空气式雾化机吸入法(研究组)、超声雾化吸入法(对照组)方式对患者进行治疗,每组患者54例,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:肺炎患者通过不同的雾化吸入法进行治疗后,研究组患者在缺氧缓解、咳痰缓解、咳嗽缓解等方面的时间明显短于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎患者采用氧精灵压缩空气式雾化机进行治疗能够加快呼吸道黏膜吸收药液的速度,且获得较为明显的治疗效果,在肺炎的临床治疗上具有极大的使用价值。 Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment effect of ultrasound atomization inhalation and oxygen spirit compressed air atomizer in patients with pneumonia,and to provide the basis for the clinical treatment of pneumonia.Methods:A total of 108 patients with pneumonia in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and treated by oxygen spirit compressed air aerosol inhalation(study group)and ultrasonic aerosol inhalation(control group)respectively,with 54 patients in each group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The time of relieving hypoxia,relieving expectoration and relieving cough in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05)after the treatment of pneumonia patients with different inhalation methods.The total effective rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of pneumonia patients with oxygen spirit compressed air atomizer can accelerate the speed of respiratory mucosa absorption of liquid medicine,and obtain a more obvious therapeutic effect,has a great value in the clinical treatment of pneumonia.
