摘要
目的 思考于小儿肺炎治疗中行雾化吸入与机械排痰联合治疗的效果。方法 方便选取福建省南平市妇幼保健院2020年3月-2021年3月收治的150例肺炎患儿,随机抽签分组,即对照组、观察组,每组75例。前者行雾化吸入与人工叩击排痰法联合治疗,后者行雾化吸入与机械排痰联合治疗,比较分析两组患儿相关临床指标、血气指标、不良反应发生状况及临床疗效。结果 与对照组患儿比较,观察组患儿肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽咳痰消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、住院时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,相比对照组,观察组患儿血气指标改善程度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(5.33%)低于对照组(16.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.478,P=0.034)。观察组治疗有效率(96.00%)更高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.091,P=0.003)。结论 对肺炎患儿行雾化吸入与机械排痰联合治疗效果理想,可提升患儿康复速度,改善患儿血气状况,安全性较高,推广可行性较高。
Objective To consider the effect of combined treatment of atomizing inhalation and mechanical expectoration in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 150 children with pneumonia admitted to Nanping Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Fujian Province from March 2020 to March 2021 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The former was treated with atomization inhalation combined with artificial percussion expectoration,and the latter was treated with atomization inhalation combined with mechanical expectoration.The clinical indexes,blood gas indexes,adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of pulmonary rales,the disappearance time of cough and expectoration,the recovery time of body temperature and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the improvement of blood gas index in the observation group was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.33%)was lower than that in the control group(16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.478,P=0.034).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.091,P=0.003).Conclusion The combined treatment effect of atomizing inhalation and mechanical expectoration is ideal for children with pneumonia,which can improve the speed of recovery of children,improve the blood gas status of children,high safety,and high feasibility of promotion.
