摘要
带蓄电池储能装置的静止同步补偿器(简称STATCOM/BESS)因其具有无功补偿和有功调节的协同控制作用而在分布式微电网中得到了广泛应用.传统上所采用的将功率预测和直接功率控制相结合(P-DPC)的控制策略通常是将无功功率置零从而简化控制算法,结果会对STATCOM/BESS装置的无功输出影响较大.为了改善STATCOM/BESS装置的无功功率输出,在考虑无功功率这一变量的基础上重新推导了P-DPC控制算法,并且采用二阶拉格朗日插值算法代替传统的线性插值算法提高参考功率预测精度.通过仿真验证,结果证明该优化控制算法能使得STATCOM/BESS装置在微电网中能够快速调节功率且具有更好的功率跟踪控制.
The static synchronous compensator with battery energy storage device (short for STATCOM/ BESS) has been widely applied in the grid distribution for its reactive power compensation and the coor dinated control of the active control effect.Traditionally,the methoed of combining power prediction and direct power control (short for P DPC) usually set the reactive power to zero to simplify the control al gorithm,which has a great influence on the reactive power output for the STATCOM/BESS.In order to improve the reactive power output of STATCOM/BESS device,a new P DPC control algorithm was de duced considering the reactive power variable and using Lagrange interpolation algorithm instead of the traditional linear interpolation algorithm to improve the prediction precision of reference power.Through simulation, the results show that the optimal control algorithm endows the STATCOM/BESS devices in micro grid with better control results of power tracking control and rapid power adjustment.
