摘要
对双馈异步风力发电机(DFIG)低电压穿越能力的研究普遍基于额定风速,为了使研究更加准确,考虑了风电机组间的尾流效应和不同类型的风特性,建立了尾流效应模型、4种风特性模型和风电场模型,仿真了DFIG在不同情况下的低电压穿越能力。结果表明,尾流效应在一定范围内会降低风电机组的有功功率、增加无功功率补偿,并抑制直流母线电压振荡的幅值,提高DFIG低电压穿越能力;相同幅值的风特性,渐变风输出的有功功率最大,阵风引起的有功功率振荡最剧烈,渐变风、随机风引起的直流电容电压振荡幅值较大。
The research on low voltage ride through(LVRT)capability of the doubly fed induction generator(DFIG)is generally based on rated wind speed. In order to get accurate research,wake effect among wind turbines andwind characteristics were considered. In order to analyze the LVRT capability of DFIG in different wind conditions,themodels of wind farm,wake effect and wind characteristics were established. Results indicate that wake effect canimprove the LVRT capability by reducing active power and the voltage oscillations of condenser,increasing reactivepower. With the same amplitude,gradient wind causes the most active power output,gust wind causes the most severeactive power oscillations,and random wind causes more amplitude of condenser voltage.
