摘要
针对传统静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)只能对无功功率进行调节的不足,对结合储能系统(BESS)的大容量级联多电平型静止同步补偿器(STATCOM/BESS)进行了分析。该装置主要由储能系统、非隔离型DC/DC变换器以及级联多电平型STATCOM组合而成。对STATCOM/BESS应用于风电场的协调控制策略进行了分析,在PSCAD/EMTDC中建立了风电场及STATCOM/BESS的仿真模型。结果表明,STATCOM/BESS在稳态情况下能够有效平抑风电场的有功功率波动,并能够在故障情况下提供快速无功支撑,确保了风电场的并网运行。
Due to the disadvantage of traditional STATCOM for only regulating reactive power, it analyzed the large capacity cascaded multilevel STATCOM combined with energy storage system. The STATCOM consists of battery energy storage system, non- isolated DC/DC converter and cascaded multilevel STATCOM.A coordinated control strategy of STATCOM/BESS applied in wind farm was analyzed. The models of wind farm and STATCOM/BESS were built in PSCAD/EMTDC. The simulation results show that the active power fluctuations of wind farm are effectively smoothed by STATCOMfBESS under steady-state conditions, and certain reactive power can be provided rapidly to system during power grid fault, thus the continuous operation of wind farm can be ensured.
