摘要
培养优秀的化学专业硕士研究生有利于社会的进步,国家的富强,人民生活水平的日益提高。近年来,教育部门对硕士研究生的培养进行了多次改革,取得突出效果。但依然存在一些问题有待进一步解决。例如:理论教学环节及成人教育的弱化、导师队伍建设力度不足及学生对职业生涯规划迷茫等。笔者结合自身实践经验,借鉴发达国家的培养方式,提出了几点建议,如培养制度和模式的完善、加强教师培训以及对硕士研究生的成人教育、提供实践及勤工助学岗位等。
Cultivating excellent graduate students of chemistry is beneficial to the progress of society, the prosperity of the country and the improvement of people＇s living standard. In recent years, the education department has carried out many reforms in the training of postgraduates and achieved outstanding results. But there are still some problems to be solved. For example： weak theoretical teaching and quality education, lack of tutor team building and students＇ confusion about their career. The author gave some suggestions here based on my own practical experience and the training mode of the foreign countries, such as the improvement of the training system and mode, the strengthening of tutor training,the quality education of the graduate students, providing student practice and work - study position and so on.
