摘要 潍柴EC&S冲天炉为热风富氧式冲天炉,采用扩散富氧技术。研究了富氧量对冲天炉熔炼工艺和铁水性能的影响,结果表明采取富氧送风可以有效提高熔化速率和热风温度,降低焦炭消耗,同时可以促进铁水增碳,减少硅的烧损,提高出铁温度。 The EC&S cupola in Weichai company is the hot-blast and oxygen-enrichment type with enriched oxygen diffuse technology. The effect of oxygen enrichment content on performance of molten iron and smelting process in EC&S cupola has been studied. The results show that the oxygen-enriehed air supply can effectively increase the smelting rate & hot blast temperature and reduce the coke consumption, meanwhile promote the iron-carbon carbonization and reduce the silicon burning loss as well as raise the iron temperature.
