摘要
对A1601型拖拉机用转接座产品结构进行工艺性优化;针对铸件结构特点和技术要求,确定合理的砂芯工艺和熔炼工艺;借助PROCAST软件对设计的铸造工艺进行模拟计算和工艺优化,然后采用此铸造工艺进行铸件的试制。经生产验证,该工艺方案合理、有效,按此铸造工艺生产的转接座各项技术指标均满足验收条件的要求。
The process optimization has been carried out to the structure of the A1601 tractor adapter. According to the structural characteristics and technical requirements of the casting, the reasonable sand core process and smelting process have been determined. The simulation calculation and process optimization of the designed casting process have been carried out by means of PHOCAST software. Then this casting process has been used for the trial production of the casting. After production verification, the process plan is reasonable and effective. All technical specifications of the adapter castings produced by this casting process meet the requirements of the acceptance conditions.
