介绍了铸铁冲天炉燃烧解决方案——富氧燃烧技术。通过燃烧过程的原理来阐述富氧燃烧技术的优越性,对比空气助燃和富氧燃烧两种不同燃烧方式,分析冲天炉的经济性以及相关的应用情况、能耗、熔化率表现,得出富氧燃烧技术能够提高熔化率,节能降耗和减排环保。
The oxygen rich combustion technology, a cast iron melting copula combustion solution, was introduced. The priority of oxygen rich combustion was elaborated based on the combustion pirnciple. Compared such index as economic analysis, energy consumption, melting rate, etc with air aid and oxygen rich combustion, the oxygen rich combustion can increase melting rate, lower energy cost and better for environmental protection.
