摘要
目的:探讨常规护理联合风险管理提高急性病毒性脑炎患者护理质量的效果。方法:收治急性病毒性脑炎患者100例,随机分为管理组和对照组,每组各50例。管理组采用常规护理联合风险管理方法,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:管理组患者对渗针和意外伤害的认知率比对照组高,且渗针和不良事件的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。管理组护理评分和满意度明显高于对照组,护理投诉率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上联合风险管理可以提高患者对意外伤害事件的认知,有效降低不良事件发生率,提高护理质量和患者对护理的总体满意度。
Objective：To explore the effect of routine nursing combined with risk management in improving the nursing quality- of acute viral encephalitis.Methods：100 patients with acute viral encephalitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the management group and the control group.The management group was given routine nursing combined with risk management,the control group was given routine nursing,we compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results：In the management group,the patients＇ cognition rate of osmotic needle and accidental injury were higher than the control group,and the incidence of osmotic needles and adverse events was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）.In the management group,nursing scores and satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the rate of nursing complaints was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Combined risk management on the basis of conventional nursing can improve the patient＇s cognition of accidental injury,reduce the occurrence of adverse events effectively,improve the quality of nursing and the overall satisfaction of the patient to the nursing.
