摘要
新版《公路工程施工监理规范》(JTG G10—2016)在术语中将监理定义为"监督管理及咨询服务活动",论文结合GB/T 19001—2016/ISO 9001:2015标准中"7.1.6组织的知识"条款,对建立完善监理组织必要的知识,开展监理监督管理及咨询服务活动,为获得合格监理和服务提供保障进行了探讨和阐述。
The new version of the ＂Highway Construction Supervision Code＂（JTG G10-2016） defnes supervision as ＂supervision management and advisory services activities＂ in terms. This article combines the knowledge terms of 7.1.6 in the GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001： 2015 standard. This paper discusses and expounds the necessary knowledge to establish and improve supervision organization, carry out supervision management and consulting service activities, and guarantee the qualifed supervision and service.
