摘要
为解决快餐行业人员密集、 劳动强度大和食品安全卫生及中餐食品的标准化生产等问题, 本文提出了一种米/面一体无人售卖机.米/面一体无人售卖机的结构主要由餐盒落位装置、 米/面盛装装置、 菜品加注装置、 餐盒封装装置和输送装置等部分组成, 可实现米/面的定量分配、 菜品的定量加注、 餐盒的封装等功能.该设备设计采用SolidWorks三维建模、 仿真模拟及虚拟样机等技术, 实现了预期功能.
In order to solve the problems of dense personnel in the fast food industry, high labor intensity, food safety and hygiene, and standardized production of Chinese food, a rice/noodles integrated unmanned vending machine was proposed. The structure of the rice/noodles integrated unmanned vending machine is mainly composed of a meal box setting device, a rice/noodles dressing device, a dish filling device , a lunch box packaging device, a conveying device and the like, and can realize the quantitative distribution of rice/noodles and dishes. Quantitative filling, lunch box packaging and other functions. The equipment design uses SolidWorks 3D modeling, simulation and virtual prototype to achieve the expected functions.
