摘要
随着我国改革开放的发展,培养高校医学专业人才是当前高等医学院教育改革的重点。但是目前我国对医学人才的培养仍然沿用着传统的培养模式,这样就会导致医学生的创新意识,创新精神以及创新能力都会有所不足,也反映了目前医学创新人才严重缺乏的原因。本文主要介绍了新时期对医学专业人才的需要及意义,高校医学专业人才的培养现状,以及高校医学专业人才培养途径。
