摘要
完善康养行业人才培养体系,为康养行业输入优质人才资源,是积极响应《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》的重要发力点。当前高等院校在为康养行业培养合格优质人才方面,已经做了诸多探索和努力,但整体而言,我国康养行业高校人才培养体系存在诸多问题,亟需明确康养行业人才培养体系的内涵,提升康养行业高校人才培养规格与层次。
Improving the talent cultivation system in the public health industry and inputting high-quality talent resources for the public health industry is an important force to actively respond to the ＂Healthy China 2030 Outline＂. At present, colleges and universities have made many explorations and efforts in cultivating qualified and high-quality talents for the public health industry. However, there are many problems in the talent training system of colleges and universities in China＇s health care industry. It is urgent to clarify the connotation of talent cultivation system of the public health industry, improve the training standards and levels of colleges and universities in the public health industry.
