摘要
创面愈合是多因素参与的复杂生物学过程,任何一个环节的故障都能致使创面难愈合甚至不愈合。近年来研究表明创面愈合的核心为生长因子的调控,如生长因子能激活内皮细胞开始血管生成等。中药对于创面愈合也有良好的促进作用,且研究发现中药促创面愈合的作用机理跟其能促进相关生长因子的分泌有关,故就近年来中药促进血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)、转化生长因子(TGF-β)、表皮生长因子(EGF)等生长因子分泌的研究进展进行综述。归纳中药促进生长因子分泌的机理,为临床开展进一步的研究提供依据。
Wound healing is a complex biological process involving muhiple factors. Failure of any one link can make the wound difficult to heal or even fail to heal. In recent years, studies have shown that the core of wound healing is the regulation of growth factors, such as growth factors can activate endothelial cells to start angiogenesis. Traditional Chinese medicine also has a good role in promoting wound healing, and studies have found that the mechanism of action of Chinese medicine for promoting wound healing is related to its ability to promote the secretion of related growth factors. Therefore, in recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has promoted the growth of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and fibroblasts. The research progress on the secretion of growth factors such as FGF, TGF-β and EGF is reviewed. Summarizes the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine promoting growth factor secretion and provides basis for further clinical research.
