摘要
溃疡性结肠炎是一种目前无法根治的肠道炎症性疾病,目前病因病机尚不明确,缺乏精确的治疗方案,严重影响了患者的生存质量。张苏闽教授通过长期的临床实践和研究,总结出了“祛脓煨脓”理论,提出“肉腐之脓”和“气血生化之脓”的区别,强调维持脓的动态平衡,主张内外同治、分期施治,形成了自己治疗溃疡性结肠炎的独特诊疗思路。
To introduce Professor Zhang Sumin s experience in treating ulcerative colitis.Ulcerative colitis is a kind of intestinal inflammatory disease that can not be cured at.At present,the cause of disease and pathogenesis are not clear,and there is a lack of accurate treatment plan,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Through long-term clinical practice and research,Professor Zhang Sumin summarized the theory of“removing pus and simmering pus”This paper puts forward the difference between“the pus of meat rot”and“the pus of Qi and blood biochemistry”,emphasizes the maintenance of the dynamic balance of the pus,advocates the internal and external treatment at the same time,and formed his own unique treatment ideas for this disease.
