硅藻土/羧甲基纤维素钠有机-无机高吸水树脂的制备 被引量:3

摘要 以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,硅藻土为无机添加剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备了硅藻土/羧甲基纤维素钠有机-无机高吸水树脂。分别对丙烯酸中和度、硅藻土质量、CMC质量、AMPS质量进行单因素实验和正交实验,确定了制备树脂的最优工艺条件。结果表明,制备的树脂吸去离子水率为1 695.1 g/g,吸生理盐水率为120.0 g/g,并借助傅里叶红外光谱仪(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对制备的树脂进行了表征。 Diatomite/sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,a kind of organic-inorganic super absorbent polymer,is prepared through aqueous solution polymerization method with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,acrylic acid,2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS) as raw materials and diatomite as inorganic additive.The influences of the neutralization degree of acrylic acid,and the contents of diatomite,carboxymethylcellulose sodium and AMPS on the absorption performances of synthesized polymers are studied via single factor test and orthogonal array design methods,and the optimal conditions are hence determined. The absorbent ratio of the resin prepared under the optimal conditions are 1,695. 1 g·g^(-1) for distilled water and 120. 0 g·g^(-1) for normal saline. The samples are characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and scanned electron microscopy(SEM).
