含油废水中石油的吸水树脂浓缩方法

摘要 以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为模板(60℃恒温水浴糊化0.5 h),丙烯酸为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,用氢氧化钠溶液中和后,以水溶液聚合法,70℃水浴4 h制得吸水树脂。用于浓缩含油废水中的石油。考察了固液比、浓缩倍数及模拟含油废水中石油初始浓度对市售吸水树脂和合成树脂浓缩模拟含油废水中石油效果的影响。结果表明,两种吸水树脂均能对模拟含油废水进行有效浓缩,固液比、浓缩倍数和模拟含油废水中初始石油浓度对浓缩效率的影响十分显著。当交联剂和引发剂含量为0.4%和0.8%,模板与单体比为1∶10(m/m)、中和度为90%时,所合成的吸水树脂对模拟含油废水中石油的浓缩效率最高。当浓缩倍数为6时,合成吸水树脂处理后石油残留率可达(86.5±2.12)%(固液比1∶71.43,初始石油浓度为0.2 g/L),而市售树脂处理后石油残留率可达(85.67±1.15)%(固液比1∶100,初始石油浓度为2 g/L),浓度分别为原浓度的5.41和5.35倍。 A treatment method that concentrating oil from oil-bearing wastewater was established by using water-absorbing resin to reduce the amount of wastewater treatment,reuse water resources,and reduce the cost of production and processing wastewater treatment,enhance the recovery value of petroleum. In this paper,simulated oil-bearing wastewater was selected as the research objects,the rate of residual oil after concentrating from simulated oil-bearing wastewater was selected as the index,the commercial water-absorbing resin and the synthetic water-absorbing resin chose by orthogonal experiments were used,and the concentrating efficiency influenced by solid-liquid ratio,concentration multiple and the range of the initial oil concentration in simulated oil-bearing wastewater were studied,the feasibility of the concentration method was also verified. Results indicated that the oil in simulated oil-bearing waste-water could be efficient concentrated by both water-absorbing resin,the solid-liquid ratios,concentrating multiple and the initial oil concentration in simulated oil-bearing wastewater significantly affected the concentrating efficiency. The highest concentrating efficiency was found from the synthetic water-absorbing resin while the content of cross-linker and initiator agent contents set at 0. 4% and 0. 8%,the template and monomer ratio fixed at 1∶ 10( m/m),neutralization kept 90%. As concentrating multiple was set at 6,the rate of residual oil in simulated oil-bearing wastewater reached to( 86. 5 ± 2. 12) % by the synthetic water-absorbing resin( solid-liquid ratio at 1∶ 71. 43,initial oil concentration at 0. 2 g/L) and( 85. 67 ± 1. 15) % by the commercial water-absorbing resin( solid-liquid ratio at 1∶ 100,initial oil concentration at 2 g/L),the concentration of oil increased to 5. 41 and 5. 35 times,respectively.
