摘要
采用水溶液聚合法,以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和壳聚糖(CTS)为单体进行接枝共聚,以硅藻土(DE)作为无机材料进行复合制备高吸水树脂。通过红外光谱、X-射线衍射及扫描电子显微镜对复合吸水树脂进行表征。研究了CTS和DE用量、pH值对吸水倍率的影响,结果表明:CTS∶DE=2∶3用量配合比,pH值为6时,制得的复合高吸水树脂具有最高的吸水倍率,吸蒸馏水和0.9%氯化钠(NaCl)溶液吸水倍率分别为890g/g和78g/g。
The composite superabsorbent polymer was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization of acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide (AM) and chitosan (CTS) as the monomer using N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) as a crosslinker,potassium persulfate (KPS) as initiator and diatomite(DE) as inorganic material. The structure of superabsor bent was characterized by infrared speetroscopy(FT-IR), X ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The effect of amount of chitosan and diatomite on the water absorption rate were studied. The results indicated that the su- perabsorbent resin had the maximum water absorbency of 890g/g in distilled water and 78g/g in 0.9% (wt)NaC1 solution, when the dosage ratio of chitosan and diatomite was 2:3,and pH was 6.
