摘要
采用溶液聚合法,以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,玉米芯(CC)、钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,通过接枝共聚制备了玉米芯-g-聚(丙烯酸-co-丙烯酰胺)/钠基蒙脱土(CC-g-Poly(AA-co-AM)/Na-MMT)复合高吸水性树脂。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和热失重(TGA)对复合高吸水性树脂进行了表征;通过单因素法确定实验体系下的最佳工艺:单体总质量与玉米芯质量比为6∶1,交联剂、引发剂和钠基蒙脱土用量分别为单体总质量的0.1%、1.5%和7%,AA中和度为85%,吸蒸馏水达298.36g/g,0.9%生理盐水达到48.1g/g。
A series of corncob-g-poly(acrylic acid-co-acrylamide)/Na-montmorillonite superabsorbent composites were prepared by free-radical graft copolymerization using corncob (CC), Na-montmorillonite ((Na-MMT), acrylic acid (AA) and acrylamide(AM) as the basic raw material, potassium persuifate(KPS) as the initiator and N, N'-methylenebisac- rylamide(MBA) as the crosslinker. The composites were characterized by FTIR, SEM, XRD and TGA. The single factor experiment results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:mass ratio of monomers to corncob was 6,crosslink- er,initiator and Na-montmorillonite were 0. 1%, 1.5% and 7% mass ratio of monomers respectively, neutralization degree of AA was 85 %. The water absorbeneies of the composites under this condition were up to 298. 56gig for distilled water and 48. 1g/g for 0.9% NaCl solution.
